Excellent Healthcare and PRP Services EHPS is a Community Based Program licensed by the State of Maryland which provides integrated services through its Outpatient Mental Health Program. The company strives itself in providing excellent person-centered services through our multi-disciplined and hardworking team who delivers services based on initial assessment and final diagnostic evaluations which are designed to be preventive as well as therapeutic while also being goal-oriented;
